Christmas Eve & Christmas Dinner


On December 24th and 25th, feast like kings with family and friends on a special Christmas Set of comforting, refined Michelin-starred Cantonese plates. The special menu of 10 dishes includes the likes of Crispy suckling pig with caviar, Baked whole lobster with cheese and Fried rice with black truffle, egg white and fresh crab meat. Each guest will also be served a glass of 'R' de Ruinart champagne.

Duddell's signature X.O. sauce is made of premium Hokkaido dried scallop (conpoy), sun-dried shrimp, Jinhua ham and fresh red chilli – true flavours of Hong Kong.

Aromatic and full of umami, our X.O. sauce is the best companion to seafood, vegetable and meat dishes. You may choose to add it in when you are stir-flying the dish, or enjoy it as a dipping sauce. The X.O. sauce can also be added to your noodles or rice for a sublime flavour.
